These terms govern your use of gpcor.com, operated by GPCOR LLC ("GPCOR," "we," "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
GPCOR operates a clinical outcomes registry. This website is informational. It describes what we do and lets you contact us, subscribe to our newsletter, or express interest in a program. Using this site does not enroll you in any research program and does not create a clinician-patient, investigator-participant, or professional relationship of any kind.
Enrollment in any GPCOR research program happens through a separate process with its own consent documents. Those documents govern participation, and they control over these terms wherever the two differ.
You must be at least 18 years old. By using the site you confirm that you are, and that any information you give us is accurate and yours to provide.
